The Creative Engagement workshop is a process-driven workshop facilitated to encourage playful interaction with people and artifacts in order to enhance reflection and idea generation.The Creative Engagement workshop invites participants to craft, listen to story, reflect and move into right hemisphere sense making. Engaging in structured activities primes participants to see the whole as well as the parts, to shift perspectives for greater connection and collaboration, and to expand solutions.

Transitions Artmaking Workshop – 3 hours
In the middle of a transition? This art making, story-centered workshop takes you into the world of Joya, Buttons and Ella as they too head out of their comfortable surrounding into an unfamiliar landscape. Suitable for groups of adults, non-artists to advanced creatives.Nothing But A Change of Heart
Race Amity Storytelling - 2 hours
Learn about the first race amity conference that took place in the 1920's. Interactive, audience participation as readers and characters. Suitable for interfaith and civic groups. Family friendly, ages 9 - 90.

Prep-work:
Information gathering and mutual agreement about a group and its desired outcomes and goals.Actual workshop:
Convene and center the group.
Take the group thru artmaking/story centered activity.
Pause for self-reflection from and among group members.
Resume with second deeper stage group activity.
Share awareness and insights as a whole.
Close and seal the group container.
Reflection on the process and outcomesThe workshops require 2 - 4 hour blocks of time.
